At Smard Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art pieces. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and shipping box to ensure pieces arrive back to our studio undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
